Our Team The heart of our company is our team. More than one hundred and twenty people form part of our organization. From our staff at port with large stevedoring operations experience to our administration staff, shipping specialists, air cargo team, drivers, heavy machinery operators and others. Our clients can find in MAC Guinea a highly motivated team to assure efficiency in all their operations. MAC GUINEA employs over 100 local workers and 11 expatriates. All operators in the different fields, from Air Cargo clerks to crane operators, have both the necessary skills and necessary certificates on safety. Our HSE policy is strict enough to comply with all requirements of both our most demanding customers and the Authority.
