From people at port with large stevedoring operations experience to our administration staff and shipping specialists our clients can find in MAC Guinea a highly motivated team for assure efficiency of all their operations.

MAC GUINEA employs over 100 local workers and 11 expatriates.

Two gangs will work in normal hours on weekdays: the first one from 07h30 to 15h00, and the other one from 15h00 to 18h00.

One gang will work in normal hours on Saturdays and days prior to holidays from 07h.00 to 14h.00.

Shipping department:

  • 1 director (expatriated).
  • 1 assistant director (expatriated).
  • 2 assistants.
Operations and stevedoring department:
  • 1 operations manager (expatriated).
  • 1 stevedoring manager (expatriated).
  • 1 stevedoring assistant manager (expatriated).
  • 5 foremen.
  • 12 truck drivers.
  • 11 forklift operators.
  • 4 crane operators.
  • 30 laborers.
Workshop:
  • 1 chief of mechanics (expatriated).
  • 1 hydraulic technical expert (expatriated).
  • 10 mechanics.
Customs department:
  • 1 director (expatriated).
  • 2 customs technicians.
  • 1 typist.
  • 2 assistants.
